WHAT'S WITH THE MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

Skip the weeks of waiting and tackle your endless "To-Do" list with a recurring monthly handyman visit.

• How it Works: Lock in a dedicated, recurring monthly day and time. If you don't need help that month, you can skip it for free with 24 hours' notice. It also makes a great gift for relatives (with poor vision) who need an extra hand around the house.
• Preventative Projects: Even if your "To-Do" list is empty, we can use the time to handle routine home care, including:
  • Swapping HVAC filters, smoke detector batteries, and lubricating hinges.
  • Checking gutters and ensuring doors/windows are securely locked.
  • Organizing closets/basements or picking up heavy Costco supplies.
  • Watching the house while you travel (bringing in mail, trash cans, and packages).

Q. Are there any up front fees? How much does this amazing service/program cost? 

A. No upfront fees. $95 for the hour/monthly visit.

Q. Is there a contract?

A. No, you can cancel any time. $25 fee if you cancel without 24hr notice.

Q. What payments do you accept?

A. Cash, check, Venmo, Zelle

Q. Can I change the day/time if needed?

A.  Absolutely. 

Q. What if the job takes more than 1 hour during your monthly visit?

A. If you give us notice we can try to extend the time or you can always book additional time for us to come back.
